Dissolve contents of this can in five gallons of water and boil in five gallons of water ad boil for an hour with 1 - 1.5 ounces of hops. Cool it and add brewers yeast and let it ferment to make a light colored beer. More colorful and flavorful beer can be made to suit your own taste by adding crushed caramel, crystal and/ or black malt to the boiling wort.
